PART I – PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

It is the policy of Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance Limited (“SHKPI”) to comply with The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the laws of Hong Kong. Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance Limited (“SHKPI”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited. Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, its subsidiaries and associated companies are collectively referred to as “the Group”. We strive to ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.

We safeguard information provided by our customers and web site users. The IP address of the computer used to visit our web site may be recorded. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from users while they browse this site. When a user visits this web site the visit is recorded only as a ‘hit’ and no personal data is collected. This information is used only for preparing general statistics on the usage of our web site.

In case of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms of Use, the English version shall prevail.
